We accept all returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day your shipment arrives. We DO NOT accept returned jewelry that is damaged or has been worn. All items must be returned in their original box.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
